We're seeking an Outbound Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using American or British accents.
Present and promote our products/services to potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely and effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with American or British accents.
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (minimum of 2 years).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
