Domain Experience: 2- 5 Years

Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage HR-related processes like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Self Service HR (SS HR), Workforce Management, Compensation Management.

Learn how to configure and customize the Oracle HRMS system to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Ensure that the HRMS system complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills needed:

Should have minimum 2 years of domain experience with good understanding of HR Functions / HRMS / Payroll process flow.

Should have worked in HR operations or as a HR generalist.

Should have worked in HR software as an end user.

Courses or certification related to HRMS / HCM will be an added advantage.

Good Communication and teamwork skills.

Should not have any travel constraints across India & abroad.

Should not have any work experience as Oracle HRMS/HCM Consultant.

Qualification:

MBA - HR
