Roles & Responsibilities-

Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects. To lead the overall solution from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects. Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Management , Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits).Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment .Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience. Hands-on experience in Fusion cloud Payroll module, Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts
