Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide user functional support for Oracle R12 General Ledger, Projects, Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management

Exposure to Oracle Cloud is preferred.

Provide support and resolution for GL/PA/AP/AR/CM/Purchasing related issues

Research and resolve complex system related issues

Produce documentation as needed, including functional specifications, test scripts and configuration setups

Create and execute test plans for regression testing for patches, enhancement request, configuration changes, etc.

Perform configuration setups to support business needs, identify impacts of configuration changes

Create Adhoc SQL queries to support business reporting needs

Follow change request procedures

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Able to prioritize tasks
