• Implement industry best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC, PTP & RTR), driving efficiency and innovation.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, develop solutions, and write detailed functional specifications for projects.
• Lead end-to-end system development phases, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations and maintain Information Security and SOX compliance.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise, resolve software application issues, and drive automation initiatives for process optimization.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality presentations to address challenges and propose effective solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (+), web applications, services and interfaces across the financials functional area. Experience in leading and managing the successful delivery of projects is desired.
• Recent Oracle EBS Functional work involving configuration, implementation, etc. Experience working with SaaS solutions that integrated data with Oracle EBS
• Proficient in capturing requirements and producing detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans.
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls preferred.
