the Primary Objective of this Position is to Lead, Drive, and Build a Globally Consistent and Sustainable Oracle Practice. the Incumbent Will Fulfil Business Development, Practice Development, and Delivery Functions that Accelerates the Success of the Practice. He/she Will Ensure that Business is Grown in Line with the Global Solutions and Services Strategy of the Organization.

key Deliverables -

• Ensure the Development of Strategic and Tactical Plans that Align to Overall Practice Goals and Ensure the Implementation Thereof

• Drive Business Development and Manage Practice Success Through Developing and Tracking Key Performance Indicators and Ensuring that the Sales and Business Development Teams are Equipped to Achieve These.

• Establish and Develop the Practice Capabilities, Providing the Required Governance and Oversight to Ensure the Achievement of Organizational Goals

• Provide Leadership to the Delivery Team with the Objective of Continuously Improving Customer Satisfaction and Growing Existing Client Relationships as Well as Lead Various Delivery Capability Transformation Initiatives

• Effectively Manage Various Stakeholders in a Highly Matrix Organization and Build Strong Working Relationships with Senior Client Stakeholders

• Lead, Mentor and Motivate High-performance Resources
