Designation Store Manager/ Optometrist

Minimum Qualification Diploma in Optometry

Minimum Experience 2 Years in optical retail.

Candidates having adequate brand knowledge and good communication skills will be preferred.

Job Requirement Expertise in refraction and aptitude for sales

Store Timing 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Duties Manage Optical Retail Store as per the store operating guidelines

Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming in store

Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement

Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell

Responsible for the overall look n feel up the store.

Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expenses management

troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.

Achieve all sales targets as given by management

Increase revenue and sales

Perform other duties as guided by the reporting manager

Working Days 6 Days

week Off Between Monday to Friday

Dress Code Formal- As per Company norms

Leaves Long leaves not allowed in 1st 6 Months

Bonus Rs 6000/- paid as retention bonus every 6 months
