JOB DESCRIPTION: Optometrists are focused on examining and correcting their patients' vision, whether it's near-sightedness, lack of depth perception, issues with colour perception, or other matters. They also test for glaucoma and other eye issues.

JOB OVERVIEW: An Optometrist responsibilities include:

prescribing corrective eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids, and checking optical devices for performance, safety, comfort, and lifestyle; advising on visual health matters such as contact lens care, vision care for the elderly, optics, visual ergonomics, and occupational and industrial eye safety.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Full-time (240 days including holiday).

This is an annualized role so hours worked may vary from month to month.
