Key Responsibilities:
✅ Remote Desktop Operations – Connect to EMR systems, update patient records, and manage documentation.
✅ Live Video Chat Engagement – Assist doctors in real-time by documenting consultations and interacting with patients.
✅ EMR Note Management – Accurately transcribe patient history, medical notes, and treatment plans.
✅ Patient Communication – Clarify patient queries, provide appointment details, and follow up post-consultation.
✅ Scheduling & Coordination – Manage calendars, book virtual appointments, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
✅ Insurance & Billing Support – Verify insurance details, assist with medical billing, and process prescriptions.
Requirements:
🔹 Experience in optometry, medical documentation, or virtual healthcare assistance.
🔹 Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
🔹 Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology.
🔹 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
