Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards.

Team Leadership:

Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer issues promptly.

Implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the shopping experience.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products.

Sales and Financial Management:

Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial planning.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational standards are met.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.

Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and drive sales.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the retail industry, preferably in interior and furnishing.
