Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and

objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client

base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

2. Operations Management:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination

and delivery.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistics, timelines,

and resources effectively.

Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for

improvement.

3. Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and

providing exceptional service.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet

their objectives.

Proactively anticipate client requirements and provide proactive

recommendations.

4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and

finance to ensure alignment and synergy.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and

positive work environment.

Contribute to the development of training programs and resources to enhance

team capabilities.

5. Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

to inform strategic decisions.
