Position Summary:
As an Operations Executive - Amazon POs & Reimbursement at Ergode, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations related to tracking Amazon Purchase Orders, raising reimbursement requests with vendors or Amazon, and managing existing cases. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication channels with vendors and Amazon to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Purchase Order Management:
Track and monitor Amazon Purchase Orders (POs) from initiation to fulfillment.
Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
Proactively identify and address potential issues that may affect order fulfillment.
Reimbursement Request Handling:
Review and assess reimbursement opportunities related to order discrepancies, damaged products, lost shipments, and other applicable situations.
Initiate reimbursement requests with vendors or Amazon, following established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all reimbursement requests and communications.
Case Follow-Up:
Monitor and manage existing cases, including those related to disputes, discrepancies, and reimbursement claims.
Engage with vendors or Amazon to facilitate the resolution of outstanding cases and ensure timely closures.
Vendor Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Collaborate with vendors to address operational issues and discrepancies, seeking mutually beneficial solutions.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization within the Amazon PO and reimbursement handling processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on Amazon POs, reimbursement activities, and case statuses.
