We are hiring Operations Manager for our BPO company!

Permanent Work From Home

Salary - 40,000-45,000 per Month

Responsibilities:

1. Handle the Domestic BPO Sale process. (Preferably with sales background)

2. Do regular (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) performance evaluation with the team members

3. Set clear team goals and KPIs

4. Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance and ensure it is achieved on a regular basis

5. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best

6. Coach and support new and existing Team Leaders/ Associates

7. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs

8. Person should have sound knowledge of excel and formulas

9. Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.

10. Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.

11. Candidate should have clear concept of controlling Attrition/Shrinkage

Desired Candidate:

1. Graduate/PG with 6+ years of overall experience with at least 2-3 years in operations in a BPO

2. Candidate must be comfortable to work in flexible hours.

3. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills.

4. Excellent skills in excel is a MUST, should be comfortable with reports, dashboards and share insights from data to improve the process.

5. You have a great analytical mind and attention to detail, reporting and sharing insights should be one of you strong forte.

6. Should have handled a team of 4-5 TLs.
