Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of all company-managed sites. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from the hotel industry, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and meet the high standards set by Lyzon Integrate Management Services Pvt. Ltd. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Education: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth understanding of facility management operations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
