Operations head is responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, operations strategy and also include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. Ultimately, ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive. Must have the excellent communication skills, leadership qualities & problem solving skills.
