You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various branding and event management projects for the company.

You will be responsible for managing the budget for each project, including negotiating contracts, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, including event planners, marketing professionals, and vendors.

You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and contracting with vendors for various branding and event management projects.

You will be responsible for maintaining quality control standards for all projects, ensuring that all branding and event management projects meet or exceed client expectations.

You will be responsible for maintaining communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, team members, and senior management.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and pitching new projects to potential clients.

Ensure that all branding and event management projects are planned, coordinated, and executed effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Identify potential risks associated with projects, develop risk management plans, and ensure that all risks are mitigated effectively.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to improve performance.

Co-ordinate with internal & external departments and Offices.
