Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Head to lead and optimize our operations with experience in online, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail industry. The successful candidate will oversee the entire operations process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Forecast operational requirements and develop plans to meet demand and achieve efficiency.

2. Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize data analysis to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product and service standards are met.

• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
