Making sure to get timely deliveries of orders correctly with all necessary documentation. Serves as a primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules and inquiries. Address client concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Coordination with the vendors to allocate resources. Preparing sales orders based on customer requirements. Create and maintain spreadsheets to track operational metrics, performance indicators and inventory records.
