Roles and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.

2. Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.

3. Ensure the fulfillment of customers’ orders.

4. Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.

5. Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Monitor and maintain the proper functionality of the website.
