SUMMARY:
Operations Coordinator is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills. Along with answering calls & chats from customers, following up with customers as needed, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with E-commerce Customer Service Manager as assigned.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responds to customer inquiries via e-mail, phone or chat and connect customers to sales team, management, or other departments as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Process incoming sales orders so that every order is delivered complete and on-time.
• Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date information in the delivery Database if needed.
• Communicate and provide order status and ship dates to customers as assigned.
• Utilize company tools to proactively solve customer issues
• Identify process challenges and communicate to E-commerce Manager.
• Ensure necessary paperwork for E-commerce operations are completed.
• Work with other team members to effectively complete assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend and participate in development Zoom, Webinars or in-person meetings as assigned.
• Adhere to company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Always adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
