Responsibilities:
• Plan and ensure all mandatory requirements are fulfilled for company staffs and management
• Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
• Analyzing and maintaining operational data and monitoring product inventories.
• Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
• Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company and government related policies.
• Managing and coordinating with various shipping carriers and organize shipment for customers
• Coordinating with company auditor for filing of taxes and GST returns on monthly basis
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
• Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
• Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
• Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring transactions
• Able to Read, Speak and write in English and Hindi (Other International Languages are a plus)
• Having experience in dealing with Earth Moving Machinery, Heavy Machinery, Road Work Machinery will be an added advantage.
