Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Develop and implement strategic plans to Managing/handling the operations of existing

business, Government contract of HVAC, Escalators, and Elevators Services.

ï‚· Operation & execution of Government Projects SITC (Supply Installation Testing &

Commissioning)

ï‚· Projects, Services (Completion of projects services, annual maintenance contracts,

Manpower Supply etc)

ï‚· Focus on improvising the smooth functioning of current business.

ï‚· Candidates must handle a team of minimum 500 numbers (Senior Manager, Site Engineer,

Technician etc) across the pain India having 12 to 15 locations.

ï‚· Minimum 12-15 days travelling.

ï‚· Ensure that all running projects are delivered on time, within budget & to the required quality

standards.

ï‚· Inspire and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and drive business success.
