We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Trainee in our warehouse. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.

As an Operations Trainee, you will be involved in various tasks and operations that ensure the efficient and smooth running of the warehouse. You will receive comprehensive training and gain valuable exposure to a variety of operational functions, including inventory management, order processing, shipping, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations and processes, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

Support the warehouse team in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurately tracked and reported.

Perform regular stock audits and assist in cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.

Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.

Learn and use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track and manage inventory.

Participate in the preparation and packaging of orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.

Assist in loading and unloading shipments, checking for discrepancies, and ensuring proper documentation.

Work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Assist with the implementation of health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good organizational and time management skills.
