Dreamdesk Edu Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a result-driven Team leader / Snr Process Executives to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of executives to achieve the organization’s objectives and mobilize Admissions.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

Understand the Educational / Academic Domain of work and the process of mobilizing student's admissions

Understanding student's psychology and counsel them for a better carrier oriented approach for further studies

Working in the team and for the team to extract outcomes required.

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Graduate Candidates with 1 to 5 years experience in any field/domain can apply.

Candidates from Banking / Finance / Insurance / Educational domain preferred.
