Job Summary -
Axis Digital Assist- Team is a unit which handles valuable customers of Axis Bank. Team Leader is responsible to lead a team of 15-16 DSOs under him to over deliver on Business goals. This unit is responsible for the entire life cycle management of these customers starting from bringing them into the fold of Relationship Management, provide regular servicing/resolution of queries and issues and also cross sell of other products as per customer need thru Digital Channels.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
Client outreach- Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs.
Relationship Management- To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals.
Revenue Targets- Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross sales generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liabilities
Manage attrition and shrinkage

Education and Specific Training
Graduate/Post Graduate from any recognized University
Experience:
2-3 years of experience with good communication skills in any banking / BPO Process
