Job Description

Oversees maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utility management, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Equipment – Coordinate servicing, track repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance.

Cleanliness & Facility – Supervise cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and waste management.

Electrical & Utilities – Maintain records of power usage, fuel logs, generator upkeep, and solar efficiency from the relevant team

Security & Access – Oversee gatekeeper logs, ID issuance, visitor entries, and fire safety compliance.

Reporting & Compliance – Maintain documentation, generate reports, and ensure safety adherence.

Qualifications & Skills:
