Responsible for day to day control and planning for your team within the centralised operations function..

Roles and Responsibility

Excellent Leadership and decision making skill. Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations

Manage the field operations and the field- delivery boys and drivers.

Must be ready to support delivery management during the absence of the field operations personal.

Own end to end last mile delivery operations and ensure the end to end smooth running of delivery across Karnataka

Ensuring that all operational tasks are completed by designated delivery executive and ensuring that we meet the customers expectations in terms of the standard of service provided and time frames

Training and management of delivery executives and coordinators

Assisting in sourcing and recruitment of quality delivery executives and drivers into the fleet

Ensure there is enough head count of delivery executives on a daily basis and plan the infrastructure accordingly.

Manage cost, quality, and efficiency to achieve business objectives.

Maintain the cost of operations as per the annual & monthly budget.

Roll out monthly attractive driver pay out plans

Analyse data to increase business operational efficiency

Liaise with multiple teams like sales, finance, operations and HO for smooth operations

Meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction

Must be experienced in Microsoft office and will be required to prepare weekly operations reports

Bench marking with Competition by updating Last mile delivery solutions, coping up with latest trends, innovations, product enhancements and industry best practices

Ensure all business are conducted in accordance with the company’s operational and safety procedures ensuring minimum risk to staff members and the business

Ensure commercial and statutory compliance are met by meeting government authorities and obtaining necessary permission for smooth operations.
