To oversee the hiring, training and supervision of the department seasonal staff through verbal and written communication.
• To through walking and climbing along all areas of each ride, monitors the operation.
All park rides through visual and auditory observations to ensure safe and proper operation.
• To communicate concerns and needs to subordinates and other departments through verbal and written communication.
• To oversee the cleanliness of the parks rides and queues.
• To closely examine all department operating areas to ensure proper labor staffing levels and to track and account for variances.
• To reviews all ride operations manuals, and recommends changes or action needed when appropriate.
• To read, review and approve all ride operations documents and reports, and recommends changes or action needed when appropriate.
• To followed during a ride break-down or emergency situations to ensure the safety of all guests and employees.
• To oversee operational off-season winterization and pre-opening set-up of all rides.
• To respond to the requests of the Vice President/General Manager and Park Head as assigned.
