Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating brokerage and volume.

• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on educating them about Investments.

• Portfolio Management.

• Punch orders on behalf of clients on both NSE and BSE terminals.

• Following the trading rules in carrying out daily trading operations.

• To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability.

• Maintaining records of Transactions on internal software.

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market.

• Maintaining trading diaries and net positions on daily basis (at end of the day).

• Daily processing and confirmation of trades to clients.

• Responsible for ensuring all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.

• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience required

• Persons with NISM VIII(Equity & derivatives) and NISM V(Mutual Funds) certifications are encouraged.

• Should have stock market knowledge .

• Should be well disciple and open to learn new concepts on trading and financial markets.

• Should be good with number crunching
