Overall Job Objective (Purpose):

Role: Leader for the Branch work processes, single point of contact at the Branch.

Responsibility: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch. He is responsible for ensuring the functioning of Daily Work Processes. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of processes. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc
