Our company AIBC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking to hire an Operations manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions as well as the development and implementation of operational policies .

#Job description

1)Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department in blended process, including people management, process improvement, and SLA management.

2)Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

3)Provides advice and assistance to the Executive Director in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and organizational procedures.

4)An operations manager must have excellent organizational, coordination, and people skills and must be tech-savvy.

5)Handle the operations related activities for all the projects in company

6)Ensure the project is delivered on time. Manage clients effectively to ensure high levels of engagement and their contribution to our success.

7)Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the department.

8)Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are being met and that service level agreements are being achieved.

9)Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

#Requirements:

**Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in operations management and have prior experience in a management or leadership position.

**An operations manager must have excellent organizational, coordination, and people skills and must be tech-savvy.

**Excellent communication skills.
