Roles And Responsibility :

Keep a track of the entire operational activities of an organization, must improve the process where efficiency can be achieved.

Hiring, Training the employees and grooming from any other parameter will be their Scope.

Monitor the Timely Order Processing, acknowledgment to the customers,

Decision taking ability.

Must have knowledge on finances and sully chain management.

Must ensure that everyone complete their task on schedule with 100% compliance.

Capable to handle the entire team with good managerial & coordination skills.

Must have soft knowledge on electrical products.

More than 7 years of Experience in Operations Manager.

Graduate in any discipline, MBA in operations Management preferable.

Any Other certification Course relevant to our industry acceptable.
