Any Graduate
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in Event industry
Job Responsibility’s:
• Coordinating with event designers to ensure that the venue layout is appropriate for the type of event being held
• Coordinating with security personnel to ensure that adequate security measures are in place during the event
• Managing budgets and expenses for each event to ensure profitability
• Ensuring that all staff members are properly trained to carry out their event specific tasks
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met
• Providing customer service support to attendees by answering questions about policies or procedures
• Overseeing event setup and breakdown to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Desired Skills:
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
