1) Should have experience in Social Work/ CSR / Cluster Development activities concerning khadi /village industries

/rural/small scale/ cottage industries.

2) Knowledge of RFP’s / Government Tender.

3) Preparation of Bid documents and getting it validated by the Management.

4) Preparing Financial and Technical aspect of RFP.

5) Should be able to do Financial Analysis.

6) Must have knowledge of MSME sector.

7) Knowledge of various Govt. Schemes under MSME, SFURTI is must.

8) Proficient in Excel and other tools.
