Designation – Operation Manager [Employee Transport]
Qualification – Master of Business Administration [Operations Management}
Experience – 5-10 yrs.
Salary – Upto 50 K Per Month
Location – Gurugram
Pre-Requisites:
? Excellent experience in managing the operations-transport profile
? Enthusiastic & Presentable to deal at all levels of the business
? Excellent in planning, implementing, and supervising the team/business
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for overseeing transportation policies and maintaining standards as per the company and client/customer needs
? Managing the resources including manpower, vehicles and other connected things
? To oversee the performance, efficiencies and satisfaction of employees as well as find ways to enhance employees' work quality and productivity
? Training of staff/drivers
? Preparing and sending MIS Report regularly
? Vehicle Routing and Control of cost reduction
? Commercial/personal vehicle documentation and agreement of service of the vehicle
? Assignment of bookings to vehicles & drivers
? Transport quality management and dealing while audits
? Research for identification of new markets
? Client facilitation / satisfaction
? Airport Service Delivery
? Employee performance evaluations
