• Project execution responsibility –

o Provide assistance to the execution team’s on-site and in-house.

o Build relationship with the customers.

o Visit client site to help installation, deployment and trouble shooting.

o Responsible for User acceptance test sign-off.

• In this role, you have the opportunity to manage Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management,

• Project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.

• Resolve issues over telephone, E-mail or through remote access software.

• Maintaining support log and maintaining tickets status.

• Sound knowledge on IP addressing schemes.

• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

• Independently handle project estimation, planning, execution & customer interactions.

• Quick learner and enthusiast in proposing solutions on latest technologies

• Lead, motivate, and support a team with a positive attitude.

• Configure electronic devices as per the training provided.
