Project execution responsibility

o Provide assistance to the execution teams on-site and in-house.

o Build relationship with the customers.

o Visit client site to help installation, deployment and trouble shooting.

o Responsible for User acceptance test sign-off.

In this role, you have the opportunity to manage Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management,

Project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.

Resolve issues over telephone, E-mail or through remote access software.

Maintaining support log and maintaining tickets status.

Sound knowledge on IP addressing schemes.

Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

Independently handle project estimation, planning, execution & customer interactions.

Quick learner and enthusiast in proposing solutions on latest technologies

Lead, motivate, and support a team with a positive attitude.

Configure electronic devices as per the training provided.
