Job Description

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations functions of entire office

2. People Management

3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient processes

4. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

5. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and objectives

6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

7. Resolve any operational issues that arise

8. Facility & Vendor Management

9. Responsible for all the SLA's & TAT are maintained.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. 7-12 years work experience

2. Retired Army Office (Good to be but not must)

3. Excellent time-management, problem-solving and decision-making skills

4. Strong Leadership and communication skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Must be hard working

8. May be required to work on Weekends during project deadlines.

9. Should be willing to work from the office

10. Must be flexible to work as per business requirement
