Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. *Planning and Supervision:

Develop daily and weekly operational plans to ensure smooth workflow.

Oversee the execution of operations across branches, the online store, and wholesale division.

2. Team Management:

Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Train employees and enhance their skills to achieve efficiency and quality standards.

3. Quality Assurance:

Ensure all products and services meet the required quality standards.

Monitor roasting and production processes to maintain excellence in every batch.

4. Inventory Management:

Track inventory levels to ensure consistent availability of raw materials and products.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of materials.

5. Performance Analysis:

Prepare periodic reports on the performance of branches, sales, and the online store.

Analyze data to make informed decisions to improve operations.

6. Process Improvement:

Propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Innovate operational methods to improve customer experience.

7. *Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with customers and partners (both wholesale and retail).

Resolve issues and handle complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Supporting Marketing and Sales:

Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen online presence and boost sales.

Contribute to developing strategies for market expansion and increasing the customer base.

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in operations management, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication skills.
