Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our preschool centers in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality education standards, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role requires travel across different locations in Bangalore for site visits, staff training, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence:Oversee and improve preschool operations, ensuring smooth functioning across multiple centers.

Staff Management: Train, mentor, and monitor preschool staff, fostering a productive and engaging work environment.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to preschool regulations, safety protocols, and local licensing requirements.

Parent & Community Engagement: Address parent inquiries, resolve concerns, and strengthen relationships with the community.

-Curriculum Implementation: Support educators in maintaining high-quality early childhood education and play-based learning practices.

Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage operational budgets, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost-effective strategies.

Travel & Site Visits: Conduct regular inspections and audits across centers to ensure standardized processes.

Vendor & Supplies Management: Collaborate with vendors for quality supplies and services needed for preschool operations.

Growth & Expansion Strategies: Assist in expanding preschool branches, identifyingnew locations, and supporting business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or Operations Management.

5+ years of experience in preschool operations or early childhood education industry.
