Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible for many aspects of a property functions, including housekeeping, human
resources, facilities, security, public relations, social media, F & B Production ,F & B Services
, sales and financials.
Oversees different departments , guests, and other staff.
Maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including room rates, hotel
policies, specials, availability, VIP guests, hotel events and more.
To ensure a positive experience that exceeds guests expectations.
• Management of portal bookings, inventory, rates, sold out etc.
• Reservation handling by mail, telephonic for individuals and groups.
• Payment follow ups
• Feedback responsibilities at Trip Advisor and online
• Email marketing
• Organizing holidays,conferences,get together and party event
• Travel managing for individual and group
• Checked in/out guests
• Handled guests requests/complaints,
• Cashiering.
• Telephone handling.
• Handling Reservations on Phone / emails etc
• Work in association with the Housekeepers for effective room management.
• Arranging for guests transportation
• Travel Desk managing.
