Experience : 8-10 years

Salary : ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (In hand) + perks

Job description

Developing and implementing operational strategies: An Operations Head is responsible for developing and implementing day to day strategies to ensure that all operations run efficiently to meet the organisation's goals and team management, admin management and HR management

Managing and optimising operational processes: An Operations Head will manage and optimise the processes of a business relating to production, the supply chain, logistics, customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards.

Managing budgets: Operations Heads are responsible for managing the operational budget, including forecasting and allocating resources as required, to meet business goals..

Ensuring compliance: An Operations Head ensures that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.

Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors: As an Operations Head, you may also manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all products and services are of high quality and that the company receives them on time.
