- OEs are required to manage our users by answering product and service related questions to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high user satisfaction.

- OEs will be the voice of mPokket interacting with our users, to solve product and service issues. Based on the skills, the selected candidate will be placed with our internal processes.

- Using our technology interface Operation Executives will be responsible to on-board users, assess risk, disburse and collect funds.
