Nativ Chefs is an IIM-B & IIM-N incubated startup. We're building a community of home chefs from scratch, who have exceptional culinary skills, but do not have a platform where they can showcase it and monetize it.

Nativ Chefs is an online platform for multi cuisine Traditional delicacies that are made freshly on your order and are delivered at your doorstep. The delicacies are made by Home Chefs, that are onboarded through a stringent process and are registered with the Food safety and standards authority of India.

Responsibilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and skills -

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Excellent communication skills

Leadership ability

Outstanding organisational skills

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
