Oversee all event operations task lists and handle enquiries. Set, communicate and maintain timelines, priorities and operations templates on every project
Research venues, suppliers & contractors; create RFP; negotiate prices and hire; manage relationships.
Manage site-map and placement of exhibitors, working closely and collaboratively with sales team to ensure client satisfaction with operational aspects.
Manage exhibitor portal and ensure its sales and marketing objectives (., client-friendliness) are also met as well as operational objectives.
Manage registration strategy for effective data capture and revenue generation.
Manage onsite signage plan from design to implementation.
Set, communicate and maintain budgets and ensure adherence.
Support the maintaining and development of client relationships, including partners
Devise and gain buy-in for suggestions to enhance the events success.
Ensure that all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are complied with, as well as understood and adhered to by the whole team, including sub-contractors.
Devise operational staffing & resource plan, including preparing job descriptions, key outcomes/objectives.
Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
Ensure proper communication with all staff regarding event goals, responsibilities and shifting priorities.
Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team.
Analyze each events success and produce post-event evaluation to inform future events.
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while continually finding ways to improve processes to produce higher quality and more effective results.
Identify opportunities for process and event management improvements, as well as developing and implementing new procedures.
Play an integral role in setting organization priorities, project timelines and provide feedback for ensuring highest qual and more effective results.
