Roles and Responsibilities

Understanding of the financial loan products and credit policies for Unsecured Loans.

Deliver disbursement quality and maintain TAT as per policy

Knowledge of loan documentation pre-sanction and post-sanction

Would be responsible for coordination with Sales Team, Credit Team, Verification Agencies and tracking of Loan Applications on a day-to-day basis

Ability to learn and apply to learn quickly

Responsible for Disbursement, Loan Docket Preparation & Disbursement Processing

Act as backup for lending function when loan specialist is out

Comply with all Company policies and Statutory Guidelines, ensuring that the policies and procedures are adhered to.

Required Candidate profile

1. Graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in Loan Operations with any Bank/NBFC/Fin-Tech.

2. Have a good understanding of financial loan products and credit policies for Unsecured Business Loans.

3. Be organized and have an ability to keep calm under pressure

4. Be process-driven but also able to think outside the box

5. Have great interpersonal skills

6. Be self-motivated to meet and exceed the objectives of the team

7. Always look to improve processes

8. Be comfortable dealing with conflict resolution

Salary Range: 2,50,000 - 3,60,000 Lpa

Exp Level: 2 - 5 years and above

Work Location: Hyderabad
