Role - Operation Executive (E-Commerce)

Job responsibilities-

1. Manage all platforms from a pure operations perspective to ensure compliance with core seller SLA's..

2. Ensure all orders are dispatched in time

3. Accountable for dispatch time and cancellation of Marketplace orders.

4. Performance manage & troubleshoot day-to-day seller escalations around the above KPI's to drive Seller & Customer experience.

5. Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally

6. Ensuring timely return closures

Skillset required -

1. Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills

2. Good command over Excel skills (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot, Conditional formatting)

3. 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, Dispatch / Shipping or any relevant roles is preferable.

4. Minimum 12th graduate is mandatory.
