Driver Coordination: Manage and schedule drivers, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Route Optimization: Plan and adjust routes for efficient operations, reducing delays and improving fuel efficiency.

Customer Service: Handle and resolve operational issues or customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of service.

Booking & Dispatch: Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of taxis, efficiently assigning vehicles to meet customer demand.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure legal requirements and company policies are followed, including driver and vehicle documentation, insurance, and safety checks.

Reporting & Analysis: Track performance, maintain operational records, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of essential resources such as fuel and supplies to keep the fleet operational.
