As an Operations Associate in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, shipping, and receiving.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
Resolve operational issues and challenges efficiently.
Generate reports and analyze data related to logistics performance, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory levels, and cost metrics, to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
