Tracking, Follow Ups through telephonic calls & Direct Visits for the collection of Renewal premiums from Customer.
Verification of New Business Insurance Proposals
Handing queries from Customers, Salesperson and Agents.
Retention of Customers from Surrendering / Cancelling the Policies
Verification and Processing Customer / Agent Servicing Requests & Claims
Creation of reference leads from Walk In Customers
Receipting, Reconciliation of premiums through cheque / Cash /Card payments
Coordination with collection agent / bank to deposit of Cash / Cheque premiums at Bank.
Data Enrichment and instant adoption-80% of all eligible customer walk-ins
To ensure process compliance and adherence at the branch
Manage day-to-day branch administration including housekeeping, maintenance, asset control, discipline, and
payroll.
Handling Branch Admin, Audits related activities.
Operational co-ordination with other functional departments
