1. Excellent knowledge of excel is a must.

2. Accounting, Math or finance degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Operations at financial institution (PMS/asset management companies (AMC), custodians, banks, brokers, etc.

3. Attention to detail is a must.

4. Ability to comprehend financial report

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be an added advantage in this role

Job Responsibilities:

Support Manager-Operations and work closely with the team to cover the following operations related deliverables:

Manage daily execution of trades, liquidity bifurcations and EOD bifurcations of trades

Maintain third party software package for clients' portfolios and related excel sheets

Liaison with brokers and custodian to resolve trades related issues

Manage clients' fund flows for investments in third-parties' products (., MFs, PMSs, AIFs PE/VC funds, etc.)

Preparation of SEBI monthly reporting.

Reconciliation of fees and expenses on a monthly basis.

Reconciliation of clients’ accounts on daily, monthly and quarterly frequencies.

Performance and attribution analyses of clients' portfolios on a quarterly basis.

Preparation of tax computation for overseas clients.
